Are you currently expecting and looking for the best pregnancy podcasts? To see you through pregnancy and beyond…

1. Midwife at Your Cervix

A podcast by me, midwife Beth. I know, I am biased but I’m kicking off with this one and I think it is the best podcast for pregnancy. Giving you your weekly dose of evidence-based knowledge to prepare you for birth. If you’re pregnant and feeling the overwhelm, this podcast is for you. I have made it my goal to bring you evidence-based, non-judgemental chats about pregnancy, birth and motherhood. I’ll be interviewing a range of guests to bust birth myths and get real about postnatal life with a new baby.

Here’s all the places you can listen:

Next up in my fave pregnancy podcasts is The Therapy Edit. Each week psychotherapist Anna Mathur brings a new pep talk for those of us muddling our way through motherhood.

3. Parenting SOS

In this Happy Mum, Happy Baby Podcast by Giovanna Fletcher, each week Giovanna sparks conversation around motherhood with a diverse range of guests. Covering all aspects of pregnancy and parenthood, Giovanna explores the challenges and rewards of motherhood reminding all of us that there is no such thing as a perfect parent.

4. Dirty Mother Pukka

Brought to you by Anna Whitehouse, Dirty Mother Pukka is a laugh a minute. Each week Anna airs the dirty laundry of her guests and covers the highs and lows of some big names. Self proclaimed as “unfiltered, unashamed, unapologetic” and I really think it’s worth a listen.

5. The Motherkind Podcast

The Motherkind Podcast, hosted by Zoe Blaskey, brings you everything you need to find a slice of calm within modern motherhood. Each week, Zoe interviews guests to focus on well-being and covers everything from dealing with postnatal anxiety to staying calm during a toddler meltdown.
